When riding on fire- or gravel roads, small rocks can lodge in your tire tread and get flung out as the wheel rotates. Too often, they end up in the narrow space between the rear triangle and the idler mounting bracket - where they’re crushed during suspension compression. The result? Chipped paint or, worse, damage to your carbon rear triangle.

The Finesse Crunch Zone Protector is a simple, click-on solution, mounted directly to the idler bracket. It shields your frame by blocking rocks and sticks from getting trapped in this high-risk zone, effectively protecting the frame from damage.

    Crunch Zone Protector.

    Thank you to Finesse for creating the Crunch Zone protector..

    As we go into the winter I head towards to more gravelly trails, and I am now assured my Druid is more protected from potential damage.

    I like the item so much, I purchased a second for my spares box.
